TBMOPA Aviation Patch

This project was created for the TBM Owners and Pilots Association (TBMOPA) as part of a series of branded materials. The goal was to design a patch for baseball caps that reflected both the professional identity of the organization and the aviation lifestyle of its members. The final design features a bold oval layout, inspired by vintage aviation badges, with a clean TBM aircraft silhouette at its center. To suit the client’s production method, the artwork was developed in a single-color embossed style, ensuring it could be cleanly etched into brown leather patches. The design process included multiple drafts, focusing on creating a silhouette that was both accurate to the TBM aircraft and visually strong at small scale. Deliverables included concept development, revisions, and mockups on both leather material and baseball caps to help the client visualize the finished product.
